In 1804, Cerebos Co., Ltd. which had Ranks Hovis McDougall (RHM ), London as the headquarter was established in England. Cerebos Co.,Ltd. began producing and distributing various food products such as Sexa salt, instant food, coffee, drinks and Brand’s products which were well-known in Asia.

Cerebos Co.,Ltd. has many branches around the world, for example; in Asia Pacific as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, China, Australia and New Zealand. Cerebos Co., Ltd. also own Joint Venture which produces and distributes Yakult products in Singapore. Importantly, the flagship of BRAND'S product is Brand's Essence of Chicken, being the product leader, and more than 145 million bottles of Brand's products were sold last year.

For 30 years, Cerebos Co., Ltd (Thailand) has established the factory of Brand's Essence of Chicken in Thailand. The first factory was built in Nontaburi. Then it was moved to Lam Chabang factorial area, Chonburi, in order to expand the factory to suit the producing of rapidly grew demand of the products.

Nowadays, Cerebos Co., Ltd (Thailand) is a center of manufacturing and exporting food and health supplements under the biggest Brand's trademark in Asia region. The company exerted and engrossed in researching and developing products.

In 1835, Mr. H.W. Brand, the great chef of royal court in England, invented formula of Essence of Chicken to be health supplement for serving King George IV. The production for business began after his retirement.

In 1920, Cerebos Co., Ltd., a leader of health supplement, expanded the market to Asia.

In 1974, Cerebos Co., Ltd. has established the factory of Brand's Essence of Chicken in Thailand. The first factory was built in Nontaburi.

In 1990, Suntory Co., Ltd in Japan was established Cerebos Co.,Ltd in Thailand.

In 1991, Cerebos Co., Ltd has built the new factory in Lam Chabang, Chonburi for serving the demand of the consumers.

In 2001- 2010, BRAND’S products are accepted from consumers both Thailand and aboard. Importantly, Cerebos Co., Ltd has produced about 20 BRAND’S products; it expands the products around the world too.
